Descrição da Função

Reporting to the CEO you will have overall responsibility for the management of the Program Management Office (PMO) and for the design development and deployment of an enterprise methodology and approach to Continuous Improvement and Business Process Excellence.
With the support of other Senior Leaders in the organization, you will be responsible for the identification and prioritization of key organizational programmes which will have significant people and business Impact.

Program Management
•Lead the Program Management Office team, supporting and developing strong relationships across project and leadership teams to ensure that key deliverables are met through effective teamwork.
•Provide governance, risk management, dependency management and consolidated reporting on highly complex technology and process programs consisting of multiple workstreams and dependencies, and leading specific bodies of work, as needed.

Operations
•Work with the Management Team to identify areas of improvement and projects that are focused on improvements in transactional processes / technologies to reduce waste, variation and cost, while leveraging the application of lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.
•Support implementation of ongoing Project Excellence Project in collaboration with the Operations Excellence Teams from other geographies.
•Acts as a coach to the local country leaders (Department managers and Team leads).


Perfil do Candidato

Requirements:

The role requires 10 to 15 years of experience in the fields of Project Portfolio Management, Management Consulting and Process Excellence, including industry benchmarking and best practices.

Education

•Master’s Degree in Management or Engineering.
•Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), Total Quality Management (TQM) will be highly regarded.

•Ability to drive impact in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
•Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide updates to senior executive leadership.
•Delivery-focused mindset, with the drive to solve complex problems through analytics and structured root cause problem-solving.
•Accomplished track record in people and project leadership.
•Demonstrated success working within diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
•Fluency in English is a must.
