For integration into our Automation Unit, we're looking for a Product Support Engineer, with 3 years of experience, that will be responsible for product support oriented to applications in Automation of substations or power grids.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Support the creation of a Product Support team;
  • Responsible for Product Support, ensuring customer satisfaction, business growth and according to defined KPIs / to be defined;
  • Providing support during the product life cycle (pre-sale or after-sale assistance to domestic or foreign customers);
  • Support the configuration, testing, repair and commissioning of Automation system equipment.

Perfil desejado

  • BSc or MSc in Electronic Engineering, Electrotechnical or Automation;
  • Knowledge of digital protections (e.g. Efacec, Siemens, ABB, SEL);
  • Knowledge of energy systems;
  • Experience in communication networks;
  • Proficiency in databases (Access, SQL), Windows / Linux operating systems, programming in IEC 61131-3, C or similar;
  • Availability to travel (may be long periods); availability at night and weekend; 24-hour customer service;
  • Domain of English; Proficiency in Spanish and French Knowledge;
  • Good capacity for communication, leadership, initiative and dynamic.
