Drive the implementation of the Human Resources Development processes and policies in order to respond to business needs, acting as an enabler of business performance through the delivery of superior HR service.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Implement the talent management strategy and policies set at the corporate level as an element to align employees with organization objectives, pushing for continual improvements and professional growth;
  • Supervise the identification of training needs together with managers to develop the training plan. Implement the training actions to respond to business needs, assuring the proper roll out of the session focusing on the development of employees and supervise their effectiveness;
  • Define strategies for engagement increase upon organizational diagnosis. Assures the definition of overall and areas action plans and monitor the proper implementation and follow up of those actions;
  • Implement career plans to develop internal talent, ensuring that employees promoted internally have the required knowledge, skills and experience to take on the new position;
  • Implement annual performance management process cycle in compliance with corporate guidelines, assuring employees' training and proper roll out throughout the phases;
  • Collaborate in the analyses and design of the structures reorganization assuring that all areas are optimized and prepared to respond to the organizational objectives;
  • Gathers and prepares HR information and data for internal and external auditors as necessary;
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities in the HR area as needed and as part of development.

Perfil desejado

  • University degree in Human Resources/Business or similar;
  • Minimum 5 years' of professional experience;
  • Bachelor's Degree, Masters preferred;
  • Proven experience in the core processes of OD roles;
  • Past experience in talent attraction - preferred;
  • Fluent in English - C1 level;
  • Strong qualitative and analytical skills;
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities in the HR area as needed and as part of development.
