Our client is Werfen, looking for a Key Account Manager responsible for identifying and managing the relationship between the Key Decision Makers (hospitals, private labs, ARS) and the company. The Sales organization in Iberia is organized in five areas and provides high quality systems, reagents and software solutions to labs and hospitals in Spain and Portugal.

Description

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate's main responsabilities are:

  • Manage the relationship between the company and the KDM, KOL;
  • Establish and maintaining relationships with the customer management structure;
  • Apply the business strategy defined for each business line;
  • Responsible for the global and customer budget;
  • Assure the compliance of the agreements with customers;
  • Get to know all the relevant information about customers buying procedures, use it and report it with the adequate tools;
  • Articulate the company's resources (specialists, product managers, technical support…) for specific projects and problem resolution;
  • Know in detail the product specifications and its impact on the customer health economics;
  • Manage public tenders and private labs negotiations;
  • Assure the Compliance with Ethical Code.

Profile

Ideal profile:

  • Degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar Scientific or Engineering degree;
  • Work experience in sales department or division within the Healthcare sector in different positions;
  • Proven track record on a KAM position for 1 - 2 years will be a plus;
  • Language requirements: Fluency in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
