The SBS Lisbon Service Center currently employs about around 400 employees, working in an international environment where the official language is English and providing services in several other languages through a fully-integrated SAP-based system.
We are looking for
Human Resources Customer Representative fluent in French, that will be based in Lisbon. Your new role As Purchasing Costumer Representative, you are responsible to provide support Worldwide to all employees in all HR related questions providing the 1st level of support and work in partnership with the local HR team; Manage a global HR data base with Frequently Asked Questions (AskHR); Support and maintain HR company tools ensuring a global strategy and best practices; Produce and deliver periodical reports agreed with our internal customer.
