Kelly Search & Selection is recruiting an Head of Operations for a successful Start-Up in more than 15 different countries.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate all stages of product manufacturing;
- Coordinate all logistics operations;
- Coordinate installation teams across various Portuguese cities & European countries;
- Coordinate the Customer support department;
- Perform other needed tasks in between;
- Building a strong, confident, professional team;
- Analyze & restructure processes.
Requirements:- Degree in Electric Electromechanical Engineering or similar;
- Minimum 2-years' experience in a similar position;
- Working knowledge of data analysis & performance/operation metrics;
- Fluent in English;
- Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines;
- Natural born organizer who feels best in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent organizational & leadership abilities;
- Outstanding communication & people skills.
