Experis - Project Solutions is one of the biggest outsourcing companies that operates in America, Europe, Africa and Asia.
An Engagement FastTrack Manager is accountable for orchestrating discovery calls with customers regarding MS Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS). You will be responsible for capturing technical data from the customer and influencing deployment intent around MS O365 features and/or products.
Required skills:

2+ years of experience with MS Office 365 in a technical, sales, and/or training capacity.  
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of IT customer service experience.
Skill-set to effectively communicate with Enterprise level customers through articulating professionally, clearly and succinctly.
Robust knowledge of deployment/migration methodologies for MS Office 365.
Passionate about Microsoft products and capable of motivating customers to deploy Office 365 & EMS services based on what they are entitled to.
Aptitude in listening to a wide range of customers, understanding their business need and proactively recommending specific Office 365 & EMS product features.
Comfortable with ever-changing/evolving work processes and environment with the aptitude to adapt quickly.
Basic knowledge of Office 365 & EMS licensing.
Exceptional communication and documentation skills (ticketing system or CRM related experience a plus).
Obsessed with attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Excellent time and workload management, independent and follow through skills.
