Spring Professional is recruiting a Cybersecurity Expert (M/F) for a leading multinational company. The role will be based in Lisbon and will require travel for short periods to offices in Europe and in the Americas.

The role will entail a wide range of responsibilities and activities in support of the Cybersecurity program improvement, including but not limited to:

• Provide overall support to the operations of the cybersecurity program in its multiple components;

• Support Cybersecurity projects of varying sizes and scope enabling effective delivery of Cybersecurity changes to the organization. Project work will cover all areas of cybersecurity, from human elements (e.g. user awareness) to technical (e.g. end-point security);

• Support overall alignment of the Cybersecurity program by liaising frequently with local security officers and stakeholders from the different business units;

• Support cybersecurity reporting activities to business units and to senior leadership;

Profile:

• Strong Cybersecurity knowledge (technical and managerial)

• Experience in project management and change, with a focus on Cybersecurity related projects

• Experience of support the implementation of large, user facing changes.

• High fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

• Available to travel frequently.

Additional Criteria:

• Technical and managerial certifications in Cybersecurity or project management.

• Experience of policy creation and harmonization across multiple business units.

• In depth knowledge of specific security domains. Of primary relevance are Risk and Threat Management, Incident Response & Handling, Business Continuity, Architecture, and Vulnerability Management.

• Fluency in any of the following languages would be a bonus: Spanish, Italian, and German.
