Our client is a multinational company setting an IT Excellence Centre in Lisbon.

Part of a CRM team based and operating globally. This role will support the maintenance and operation of the Dynamics 365 CRM system and also support and consult on changes and project work.


  • Advising on technical design and solutions for the CRM Tool (MS-Dynamics) to ensure the environment set up is appropriate to align with release, change and support standards
  • Work with Product Owners for the CRM tool to ensure best practise is being followed across all business units and geographies
  • Familiar with security, data and compliance standards for CRM Tools and responsible for ensuring these are followed in the evolution of the tool
  • Publish best practises for development and solution design
  • Work with 3rd Party developers to ensure that solutions and enhancements follow best practise as outlined above
  • Advising Head of CRM and other business stakeholders on the capabilities of the system
  • Keeping up with upcoming functionality from Microsoft and advise on where this can be utilised across the business.
  • Provide support, training and knowledge transfer specific to MS Dynamics 365 CRM to other members of the CRM team
  • Support project work - liaising with developers & testers (Internal & External) and occasionally providing system training to users
  • Ability to manage small project works independently as well as operating as part of a larger international team for more complex projects and initiatives
  • Provide technical and process guidance to other members of the team and CRM project workstreams


  • 5 years hands on Dynamics 365 CRM experience
  • Experience in Customisation and Configuration of Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience Training users on Dynamics CRM
  • Proficiency in English - writing and speaking
  • Dynamics CRM Certifications (preferable)
  • Used to working in Global Environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • General troubleshooting skills to solve issues
  • Technical subject matter expert
  • Strong research skills to build information to deliver new projects and solve issues
  • Ability to work equally well as part of a team or individually and manage own workload
  • Available for occasional travel to international locations
