Lead a team that provides a reliable Corporative IT premium service for the employees based at all the Company's geographical locations, delivering and maintaining reliable tools (corporate infrastructure and SW) and providing excellence support to the internal customers, assuring the most sustainable and secure solutions.

Description

  • Support the Board of Directors in the definition of the Company's Infrastructure strategy;
  • Set, maintain and meet service level objectives for the Corporate IT Service Desk;
  • Communicate the direction received from the Board of Directors to the Corporate IT team;
  • Communicate the status and strategies of the department initiatives to the Board of Directors;
  • Provide regular metrics reporting for SLA's, resource demand and documentation of Corporate IT processes;
  • Day-to-day management of the Corporate IT team;
  • Lead Corporate IT team, coaching, performance assessments, and recruitment;
  • Escalation point for Corporate IT related incidents and requests;
  • Monitor the Corporate IT-Business Systems Support including maintenance, inventory management, support, administration of Corporate IT technology (workstations, servers, AD, networking, etc) and administration for locally hosted and externally hosted systems (AWS, Azure, etc);
  • Business processes: Define and maintain 1) Local Corporate IT Standards and Policies; 2) shared IT Support
  • Processes and Tools: Define and monitor 1) Corporate Software/Hardware Lifecycle Policies, Guidelines and
  • Partners; 2) Adherence to IT Corporate globally;
  • Assure the assessment and maintenance of warranty coverage and licenses;
  • Ensure compliance with all customer agreements, regulatory requirements and security policies;
  • Work with vendors to draft contracts/ service agreements, deliver goods/services, and obtain necessary approvals;
  • Review and approval of service/support/maintenance contracts and invoices;
  • Identity & Access management, onboarding/offboarding requests from management staff;
  • Apply and enforce (if the case design and implement accordingly) IT Security best practices in order to prevent or act on any Corporative IT breach of security.

Profile

  • > 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate IT
  • > 3 years of Team Management
  • Strong people management skills; ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup
  • Cross-functional coordination involving many stakeholders both internal and external
  • Solid background in Windows System Administration and Service Desk Management
  • Mandatory experience with virtualization (HyperV), Storage and Server hardware, Backup systems

Optional/Desirable:

  • Project management experience
  • Background in highly-secured or compliant environments (HIPPA, SOX, PCI, etc)
  • Experience in highly complex/ dynamic systems
  • Experience in IT procurement
  • Experience in implementation of ITIL/ITSM standard
  • Experience with Linux Environments
