Administrative Coordinator (M/F)

Descrição da Função

As a member of the Institutional Relations and Quality Team you will provide direct support helping with the department’s management.

The role includes the following responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor team project timelines, including, implementation, scope, budget, and delivery;
- Maintain up-to-date, detail project plan and status of own projects;
- Provide general administrative support to team including ERP processes.
- Prepare and Produce correspondence, briefing papers, reports, presentations and/ or forms;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for team;

Perfil do Candidato

- Degree in Management or related area (mandatory);
- Excellent written and oral skills in English (and preferably in Portuguese);
- Responsibility and autonomy;
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral;
- Experienced with MS Office programs; specially creation in PowerPoint and Excel applications;
- Experienced with Project Management Software;
- Highly Organized and Methodical;
- Proactive and positive attitude, creative problem solving skills;
- Experience in a relevant area for the job is valued.


Hours: Full-time position, 9.00 to 18.00.
Location: Oeiras/Cascais
Immediate availability is preferred.
